Just read on Gizmodo that Futurama has been green lighted for 26 episodes to air starting next year. Links to follow...

I heard that it was happening a while back, but nothing official.

About time! .........................

llogan11 pointed this out to me this morning and I jumped on that bandwagon.  I feel it is a brilliant purchase. .........................

ooh, Amazon has either Futurama seasons 1-4  on sale...or Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman Complete Series Mega-set available right now.

Tough choice...but I think I'm gonna hop on the Futurama bandwagon and purchase! .........................

It's been confirmed that there is open casting for all major characters for the new, er, upcoming seasons. The intelligent word on the street is that this is simply posturing by the studio in order to get the existing voice talent to lower their salaries.

Does anybody else find it annoying that links on the forum are not automatically underlined or set apart from the standard text in any way?

They look underlined for me!  I do wish they were a different color text though than the regular text. .........................

Yeah, my guess is you are using the default light blue theme. Go change that to the SIS theme. The default one is terrible (though, to be fair, the SIS theme is only marginally better.... but it's still better). .........................

Looks like contracts have been signed and all the original cast members are returning. Voice work has started on next season's episodes.

Read the brief at Gizmodo .........................
